Commonwealth Adjusters Group was founded with a simple idea: that claims adjusting should feel personal, not transactional.
As a family-owned firm, we understand the importance of trust and relationships, and we’ve built our practice around serving the very communities we call home.
Since day one, our focus has been on bringing regional knowledge, consistent service, and a neighborly approach to every assignment.
We’re proud to represent carriers in Massachusetts and Rhode Island with the same integrity, care, and attention we’d expect for our own families.
Our story isn’t about chasing storms — it’s about building lasting partnerships and ensuring that policyholders feel supported when they need it most.
At Commonwealth Adjusters Group, we know that regional insurance companies thrive on trust, service, and community connection. As a family-owned firm rooted in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, we share those same values and carry them into every claim we handle.
When you assign a file to us, your policyholders experience the same high level of care and attentiveness they expect from their local carrier. We act as an extension of your team — providing clear communication, fair outcomes, and a reassuring presence in moments of loss.
Unlike nationwide firms that cycle adjusters from state to state, our commitment remains local to this region. That means faster response times, local construction and code knowledge, and adjusters who truly understand the people and communities we serve.
